We are a family lives in the United Kingdom. Owing to the upcoming winter vacation, we decided to participate in a Taipei private tour to Yehliu in Taiwan. There are a few spots in Yehliu Geopark where we saw many tourists are queuing. Those spots are where the very unique rocks formations can be found. One of the examples is the Queen’s Head. Other unique rocks formation is Cute Princess, Fairy’s Shoes and Candle Rock. Queen’s Head is one of the most popular rock formations in Yehliu Geopark.

We stood on the drawn standing mark on the wooden bridge to have the best angle of photo with the Queen’s Head. This Queen’s Head is actually a replica as the original one has worn down due to long-time weathering and erosion. In other words, a very high tech replication method is used to recreate the real-life size 3D replica of the Queen’s Head. Such an effort is spent because the Queen’s Head is the symbol of Yehliu. We truly recommend all the natural lovers coming here to catch a glimpse of the power of nature. The beauty of the Queen’s Head and the wonderful scenery will not let you down. We really had a good time in Yehliu.
