Our Private Jiufen Night Tour kicks off at 2:00 PM with a comfortable hotel pickup in Taipei. By 3:00 PM, you’ll be standing in front of Shifen Waterfall, one of Taiwan’s most famous natural wonders, also nicknamed the “Niagara of Taiwan.” Breathe in the cool mist and take in the scenic beauty before heading off to the next magical stop.
Next on your Jiufen Night Tour, wander through Shifen Old Street, where vintage railways meet old world charm. Here, you’ll get the chance to write your hopes and dreams on a traditional sky lantern and release it into the sky. It’s an iconic experience that many say is the true heart of Taiwan.
Then, around 6:00 PM, we arrive in Jiufen Taiwan. A hillside village so enchanting, it’s believed to have inspired scenes from the beloved film Spirited Away. Whether or not you spot any bathhouse spirits, you’ll definitely feel the magic. Explore the lantern-lit alleys of Jiufen Old Street Taiwan, sample chewy taro balls, and sip fine oolong at a classic Jiufen tea house with a breathtaking view over the mountains and sea.
