9. Confirmation Letters and Cancellations

 

9.1 Confirmation letters (“Letters”) for services may be purchased via the Website. You will receive an email with a printable version. You may be asked to present a passport or photo ID. We may deny use if deemed illegal and no refunds will be issued.

9.2 Letters are valid only for the specific event(s) and date(s) listed at booking. Non-compliance may result in denial of service with no refunds.

9.3 Cancellation fees apply if you cancel part or all of your booking. Policies vary by tour and are listed on the Website.

9.4 Unless otherwise specified, all fees for Letters are non-refundable. Fees are listed in USD and may change before payment is completed.

9.5 For payments made outside the Website, we may convert and charge amounts in your credit card currency. Additional bank fees may apply.

9.6 Your bank may consider bookings as international transactions, applying exchange rates and fees. Contact your bank for details.
