Booking

Book online or contact us via email or WhatsApp. We specialize in tailor-made tours—just share your interests, and we’ll create your perfect itinerary!

Our 1-Day Tours close 48 hours prior. Book 2–3 weeks in advance, especially in peak seasons, but we accept last-minute requests when possible.

After you submit the form, it takes at least 3 days to prepare a proposal, depending on the season and trip complexity.

For date changes, email [email protected] at least 3 days before departure. Changes aren’t possible within 3 days of travel.

If a date isn’t selectable, it’s unavailable due to processing time or full booking. Thanks for understanding!

Tipping is optional but appreciated. We suggest 300–600 NTD per guest per day based on service quality.

Payment & Pricing

We accept major credit cards, PayPal (in USD), and bank transfers. Payments convert to NTD at the official exchange rate. Contact us for details.

Yes, a deposit is required for customized tours to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid before or on the day of the tour.

Most tours cover transportation, guide services, and admission fees.
■ Package Tours: Include transport, driver-guide, and admissions (as listed). Meals and tips are usually excluded.
■ Customized Tours: Fully flexible based on your needs and budget. Discuss with our travel planner to tailor your experience.

Cancellation Policy

■ 1-Day Tours: No refund if canceled within 24 hours. 50% fee for cancellations 24-72 hours before departure. Full refund if canceled 72+ hours in advance. Itineraries may adjust due to weather or traffic.
■ Customized Tours & Multi-Day Tours: 80% fee if canceled 21-30 days before arrival. 100% fee if canceled 0-20 days before arrival.

Yes! By joining our tour, we provide basic travel insurance for your safety and peace of mind.

Your experience includes travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, death, and disability. Taiwan law requires passport info for coverage.

Essentials & Logistics

Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, and a camera! We will provide any special instructions for specific tours.

Yes! We offer private transfers from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airports for an additional fee. If you book a layover tour with us, then the Airports transfer is included in the tour.

Our expert guides speak English, Mandarin, and more. Passionate and knowledgeable, they bring Taiwan’s history, culture, and beauty to life.

Some activities may have extra costs, like meals at night markets (NT$1000/US$35 is enough). Optional add-ons, such as the Taipei 101 Observatory on an 8-hour Taipei tour, are up to you.
